Our caravan concept
The caravans are now fully defined after 2 years of development and subsequent prototype construction.
The caravans designed by us have a body length of 3.40 m and a width of 2.05 m. The overall length is 4.90 m. The vehicles are designed for comfortable use by 2 people, possibly with a child, with the rear one Part can be ordered as a fixed bed (195 cm x 140 cm) with slatted frame or as a convertible seating group. At the front there is a small seating area with a beautiful all-round view of the outside, which can also be used as an extra bed or cot.

Consistent lightweight construction
We have developed an agile, very light and easy-to-handle caravan that does not exceed a permissible total weight of 750 kg with a payload capacity of 150 kg to 250 kg. This means that the caravan can also be towed by smaller vehicles or electric vehicles without any problems, and owners of newer driving licenses do not need an additional test.
The structure is deliberately designed to be aerodynamic in order to reduce air resistance. This and the low overall weight increase the range and reduce CO2
saved. In addition, a 100 km/h approval is made possible, which allows a more comfortable cruising speed.
Structure made of high-quality materials
The structure of our caravan consists of a hybrid construction made of aluminium, wood and 100% recyclable plastic. The very light, impact-resistant integral roof sits on a stiff, lightweight aluminum construction borrowed from aircraft construction. This results in a low center of gravity for the caravan, which has a positive effect on driving stability.
Chipboard or similar materials that could be hazardous to health are not used throughout the caravan. The reinforced and insulated sandwich floor is made of plywood on the outside, which reliably prevents moisture damage. Only non-toxic materials and natural products such as e.g. B. shellac and / or oils and waxes used. In addition, the caravan was designed in such a way that as little waste as possible is produced during production in order to keep the ecological "footprint" small.
A special version from the well-known manufacturer ALKO was used for the chassis, which guarantees absolute reliability
The design and many of the materials used come from boat building, since everything here is designed for heavy loads and thus guarantees good durability and practicality.
